Episode 10: Getting upset

I woke up at around 2:00 AM this morning and with a bit of a headache and disappointment on what happened to American Idol last night, I went back to bed again and sleep. I was awaken by “warning – Incubus” on my ipod, set it as alarm. It was really a Warning! It’s 3:00 AM already!!! As I was done fixing myself for work, I called up the guard post for a cab. I was planning to go to the gym today and because of what had happened, I wasn’t able to prepare for my stuffs. Oh yes.. I know… I should be preparing for my work out things at night before I go to bed… but what can I do, I got irritated to the A.I. result.

What happened to you America? You’ve did it again!!!

The last time I got irritated (because of the show result) was the time when Fantasia wasn’t still the winner of American Idol… Actually, my final three that time was Fantasia, Latoya London and Jennifer Hudson.. Yes, I know… what can I do?, no good male performer… That’s what you call, the battle of the DIVAS!!! I was so upset one night because I haven’t watch the Barry Manilow show… Then, when I watch the elimination night, I was shocked, together with the audience, the judges and even Barry Manilow for the result… My 3 bets are the bottom 3 for that night!!! I was very upset on the result as they casted the votes and it was Jennifer Hudson who needs to leave the competition. I can’t believe that Jennifer was elected to move out.. I can’t believe America spoil the competition by ousting one of the power houses that season. I remember that Simon onced commented, after Jennifer sang “Circle of Life during the Elton John night”, that she is creating a battle of the DIVAS!!!

History repeats itself… Last night, again, it was my 3 bets that were casted as the bottom 3… Paris, Mandissa and Elliot... It was only Paris whom I didn’t like the performance. She keeps keeps on shouting on the entire song. Though, Mandissa’s song selection that time was not the best for that theme… but still, she have showed her real talent, her unbreakable, power house voice… Elliot, why I picked Elliot? Well, he has a great voice… very versatile and I think the best male vocals they ever had… Again, America ruins the competition… disqualifying Mandissa on the run… How can you overthrow such talent? I don’t know how Americans thinks before dialing the 1866 number…. America... WAKE UP!!! This talent is your future billboard topnotcher!!!

PARIS - Bernard Lacoste, who spent more than 40 years at the helm of the Lacoste clothing empire best known for its crocodile-embossed polo shirts, has died, the company said Wednesday. He was 74.

Lacoste, who is widely credited with turning the family sportswear business into a major apparel company, died Tuesday in a Paris hospital, said company spokesman Philippe Lacoste, nephew of Bernard Lacoste.

The family did not provide the cause of death, but said Bernard Lacoste had been suffering from a "serious illness" for more than a year. He stepped down last year as president.
Bernard Lacoste succeeded his father, tennis player Rene Lacoste, as president of the Paris-based clothing manufacturer in 1963.

The Lacoste polo shirts adorned with the little crocodile have for generations been the company's staple. The famous insignia comes from the father, whose nickname was "Le Crocodile."

The nickname apparently originated when Rene Lacoste admired a crocodile suitcase in a store window, and his Davis Cup captain promised to buy it for him if he won an important upcoming match. He never got the bag, but U.S. sports writers took up the name because it described his style on the court.

The company was founded in 1933. Bernard Lacoste presided over its international expansion and added women's and accessory lines to the company's sporty look.

Bernard Lacoste, born in Paris on June 22, 1931, handed over the reins of the company to his younger brother Michel in September but remained "honorary president."

He is survived by his wife, Sachiko, and three children from a first marriage.

Have you ever dreamed of being one of the Seiko babies or dance on Broadway Centrum's stage and then suddenly be discovered as one of the new star in a "MASWERTE" films? Well, you are not alone... The person i'll introduce to you now is a new star yet to conquer the industry... soon you'll see him/her on the 8th story screen of the IMAX cinema in Mall of Asia screaming ooohhhh... aaaaahhhh.... owwwwww..... mirroooooooor!!!.. niiiinnnnaaaa!!!! while picking his nose!!!!

Ladies and gentlemen of all ages, let me give you the star yet to fall.... the pioneer member of ilong ranger babes...... JAPSY!!!!

Episode 6: A new born crocodile

It's 5:53 PM and I am still in the office... I was out at around 1:30 PM and still, Im here in the office... I blame myself why I am still here in front of my computer... If I didnt roam around our station, I was not caught by our Admin Manager and forced to join the meeting for the up coming Family Fun Day!!! I am not planning to attend the event since it might fall on my loving nephew's birthday... but I think Ms. Michelle moved it to May 7 since Ateneo is only available at that time... I was again appointed as the head of the food committee... and again this means, I will be harrased and my gym schedule will be all messed up because of the food tasting and meetings!!! Oh I hate myself!!!

Well, after the meeting I just went to our area and found out that my friends are just hanging around, I asked them to go with me and eat early dinner... I am on my after 6 diet and its doing fine, I have to have to have to have to eat dinner early for my diet... after 6 PM, I am already an anorexic.. I cant take in foods anymore, only liquids!!! lol ..... we, myself, chester, bhambie and my e little crocos (I am wearing two lacoste items this day, lol), headed to Jack's Loft and ate the usual... Chicken stir fry and calamares.. we shared for fish bowl iced tea and have water..... then we texted our friends, sheila, ems and sally to hop in to Jacks Loft and share our food...

I am back in the office now and checking out the new Lacoste site... well I missed this site because my old workstation doesnt have flash in it... I cant view it at home since I dont have computer... at least for now.... (seems like forever) :(

Episode 4: The dilemma of a Call Center of Agent

It's around 4:25 in the morning and I am sleepy. Who in the hell will not feel sleepy in a Saturday morning!!! Most of us are still sleeping, not worrying what life leads them since its weekend... most of us are still up and still clubbing... most of us our in someone elses house doing thesis (for students) or still fooling around with the person you meet last night... but for me, I am here in the office waiting for my shift to start and feel sleepy!!! Well who is to be blame??? No one but me... I choose to work in a call center company and in signing the contract, I already accepted to myself that I cannot decline whatever schedule workforce will give me... well, lucky me, I have been to the morning shift for almost 2 years already (well, at least some other months are in mid shift 11:00 AM)... Well I am so thankfull for my Team Leaders...

I always get this thinking on where should I go this year... Last year, we went to Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia... This was planned to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary of our missery in our company... lol... just kidding... that was a blast!!! though tiring, but fun!!!

This year, I am planning to go back, even alone, in Singapore since I have to buy something. I need this stuff so that I can start the future plans that I am longing to push through... After Singapore, I am planning to go to Macau then fly to Main China to visit The infamous Great Wall Of China!... Then hop to Hongkong for my last stop to check out Disneyland... I know this will require lots of money, but I will try my best to acquire those requirements...

Well, I really don't have plans to go out of the country this year but I really HAVE to HAVE to HAVE this stuff!!! The only reason why I need to buy this in Singapore is because its less expensive there than in the Philippines... I know, it will cost me much if I buy it in Singapore (due to tickets and accommodation)... but hey! I also need to have a vacation.. right? right!

I am also thinking to just fly directly to Macau and not go to Singapore since Weng, Eva's boyfriend will arrive in July. Its cheaper of course in the US than in Singapore... but I might not receive freebies and free upgrades... But still, that depends if I have enough money already...

Oh... if only I have money right now... :(
